Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Take orders and process payments.
  • Complete sales request.
  • Learn about our products.
  • Take calls and answer customers online.
  • Convince potential clients to purchase.
  • Provide a pleasant and professional customer service experience.
  • Prepare pro forma invoices upon the customer’s request.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience.
  • Minimum of OND.
  • Good communicationa nd interpersonal skills.
