Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Take orders and process payments.
- Complete sales request.
- Learn about our products.
- Take calls and answer customers online.
- Convince potential clients to purchase.
- Provide a pleasant and professional customer service experience.
- Prepare pro forma invoices upon the customer’s request.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience.
- Minimum of OND.
- Good communicationa nd interpersonal skills.
