You will work closely with a small, supportive team, including the founders, where your ideas and contributions genuinely matter.

The Role

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in safeguarding data accuracy and supporting the day-to-day running of our core systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing daily driver payment compliance
  • Quality-checking ANPR and registration portal data
  • Cross-referencing data before issuing Parking Charges
  • Processing inbound post and completing administrative tasks
  • Assisting in reviewing and responding to driver appeals
  • Identifying trends or inconsistencies and suggesting process improvements

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys methodical work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment.

About You

Requirements:

  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to identify patterns or anomalies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency using computers
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
  • Confidence working independently while contributing to a team
  • A professional, personable approach

Administrative or customer service experience is helpful, but we value attitude, curiosity, consistency and willingness to learn above all.

  • Salary £24,750 to £26,750 depending on experience
