The Role

We are seeking a confident and detail-focused Client Services Administrator to support the Managing Director and the wider team with client onboarding and administrative processes.

This is a client-facing role within a professional services firm. You will be speaking with clients and introducers by telephone and email, arranging appointments, and ensuring information is recorded accurately within our CRM system.

The position requires someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with careful attention to detail and the ability to follow structured systems consistently.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and introducers by phone and email.
  • Entering new client details accurately into our CRM system (Dynamics).
  • Managing the Managing Director’s diary and scheduling appointments.
  • Issuing Zoom invitations and confirming meeting arrangements.
  • Following up outstanding client information.
  • Maintaining complete and accurate client records.
  • Progressing administrative tasks within defined workflows.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience within a professional office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident and courteous telephone manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence using CRM systems or structured databases.
  • Ability to follow established processes consistently.
  • The ability to work independently once trained.

Experience within legal, financial or professional services would be advantageous.

This role will suit someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys structured systems, and is comfortable dealing directly with clients in a professional setting.
