Job Description:

Join Forward Thinking as a Virtual Assistant and support business operations, marketing, and international outreach! You’ll manage multiple tasks, communicate with international companies, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update business profiles across online platforms
• Support marketing activities (social media, email outreach, content posting)
• Conduct online research and compile findings in organized reports
• Contact international companies and coordinate communications
• Assist with administrative tasks (scheduling, document prep, follow-ups)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Strong written communication and professional phone/email etiquette
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and time management
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Marketing experience is a plus!
