Job Description:


We’re looking for a skilled Office Assistant to join our growing ABA practice remotely. You’ll provide administrative support, manage tasks efficiently, and help our clinical team focus on client care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote admin and clerical support
  • Manage incoming calls and messages via Google Voice
  • Data entry, document organization, and record keeping
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Support office management tasks and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in remote admin or office assistant role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Voice, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable internet and independent work
