Job Description:
We’re looking for an Account Manager to develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with our merchant partners, identify new opportunities, and communicate solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Identify and manage new opportunities
- Communicate solutions to complex problems
- Be the key relationship partner with senior stakeholders
- Stay informed about all stakeholders within the business
Requirements:
- Product-minded and able to learn complex information
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills
- Experience in account management, payments, or fraud
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
