Job Summary:

TrustedHousesitters is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work hands-on with data to understand member behavior, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

Extract, model, and validate data for accuracy and reliability
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for easy data access
Translate complex data into clear visualizations and insights
Support product feature implementation and measurement
Identify opportunities to streamline data processes

Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets
Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messages
Proactive and curious mindset with analytical skills
Understanding of statistics and experimentation principles

Requirements:

Experience with product or customer analytics
Event tracking tools and customer data platforms
dbt, Python, or R for data modeling
Experience in a fast-growing environment
