Job Description:
We’re a new adaptogen wellness brand looking for a hands-on, scrappy Social Media & Community Assistant to help grow our online presence from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Discover and connect with emerging creators on Instagram and TikTok
- Manage outreach, build relationships, and maintain creator communications
- Help ideate and create engaging carousels and short-form video content
- Support posting across TikTok, Instagram Feed, and Stories
- Manage community engagement and conversations
Requirements:
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a scrappy mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and content creation skills
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
- A-Level or equivalent education.
