Job Description:

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-obsessed Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. You’ll handle customer queries with empathy and efficiency, provide expert advice on beans and brewing, and ensure every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and inspired.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, live chat, and social channels
Become an expert on Pact Coffee’s full range of coffees and brewing methods
Manage and troubleshoot customer order issues
Respond promptly and empathetically to customer queries
Collect and document customer feedback to drive product and service improvements

Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or speciality food & beverage
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
High empathy and resilience when dealing with frustrated customers
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving queries
Confidence using CRM/helpdesk tools and order management systems
