Job Description:

OnBuy is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to drive efficiency, reliability, and customer experience across their platform. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL capability, experience in analytics or reporting, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales team to support acquisition and onboarding of new sellers
Work closely with Seller team to improve seller retention and engagement
Collaborate with Customer Support team to understand customer pain points
Develop operational dashboards and self-serve reporting
Conduct deep-dive and root-cause analysis into operational issues
Communicate insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related analytical field
1-2 years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or data analyst role
Strong SQL capability and ability to extract insight from large datasets
Proven ability to partner closely with stakeholders and translate operational needs into actionable analysis
Excellent attention to detail and focus on data quality, accuracy, and consistency
