Job Description:


Hadley Designs is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support core operational functions across the business. As a key part of the operations team, you will be entrusted with specific tasks within one or more functional areas, ensuring that they are executed accurately, consistently, and on time with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Order Management
  • Account Health Monitoring and Basic Reporting
  • Inventory Tracking and Supply Chain Coordination
  • Data Entry, Reconciliation, and System Updates
  • Basic Accounting or Finance Support
  • Maintaining SOPs and Internal Documentation
  • Executing Assigned Processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or similar role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and Loom
  • Ability to work a US-based schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time
  • Highly reliable and detail-oriented
  • Process-driven and proactive
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
