We’re seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth through virtual and digital channels. You’ll build strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, and industrial markets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Manage customer relationships through CRM system
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree plus 2 years of sales and/or laboratory/research experience
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
