Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will support customers and faculty by providing timely and professional assistance related to online courses and live lectures. This role focuses primarily on email and chat support, with phone support as needed, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Interface with customers via email, chat, and phone, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Answer incoming inquiries and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to concerns.

Inquiry Management

  • Respond to phone inquiries and website form submissions.
  • Handle general customer questions regarding course approvals, receipts, and certificates of attendance.

CRM Management

  • Track and log customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of customer communications.

Collaborative Communication

  • Work closely with management to stay informed about new services, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide support and solutions aligned with company’s customer service policies.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Prior customer service experience supporting clients via email, chat, or phone.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zendesk or other systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus but not required.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Applicants with or without a college degree are welcome to apply.

Skills

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Comfortable working primarily from a computer, managing email inboxes, and using customer service tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a small, supportive team environment.
