Salary: $30-$50 USD per hour (based on experience and relevance of prior work)

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant to help keep our marketing efforts and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish weekly newsletters, monthly product updates, and social posts
• Develop marketing materials such as blog post images, social media graphics, and flyers
• Manage and maintain the company blog and social media accounts
• Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Support ongoing marketing experiments and track results
• Assist with data entry, CRM management, and event planning

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing assistance, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience supporting outbound campaigns and digital marketing efforts
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Resourceful, teachable, and adaptable
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
