Job Description:

Serotonin is revolutionizing the digital asset marketing landscape, and we’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! As a key player, you’ll develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies for our esteemed clients in the web3 space. Collaborating with our expert PR, Content, and Growth teams, you’ll drive brand growth, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies for 3-5 clients, aligning with their unique brand voices and objectives
Craft compelling content, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to optimize campaigns
Design and execute social media campaigns, including Twitter Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and more
Stay ahead of web3 trends, client social strategies, and industry developments

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in social media, preferably in a crypto or agency setting
Exceptional copywriting, communication, and client relations skills
In-depth understanding of web3/crypto and social media platforms, including Twitter, Farcaster, and Facebook
Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams
