Job Description:

Specky & Ginge LTD is seeking an Epic Freelance Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Whizz to manage our social media presence, boost brand awareness, and engage with our audience across platforms. You’ll work remotely, collaborate with our team, and help take our clients’ social media to the next level! Our focus is on people, personalities, and relationships – people buy from people.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily social media engagement and create engaging content
Post and schedule content across all social media channels (we love creativity!)
Develop strategies to boost client brand awareness and online presence
Create blogs, reels, infographics, and more for Specky & Ginge and clients
Monitor social media trends and turn ideas into reality
Liaise with Emma, the company owner, and drive client campaigns

Requirements:

2+ years experience in social media management and marketing
Passion for social media trends, online engagement, and community building
Excellent written English, grammar, and customer service skills
Experience with Canva, content scheduling, and social media tools a plus
Proactive, creative, and a team player with a “can-do” attitude.
NO using “dive” in every post – we have a sense of humor.
