Job Description:

Harbor Litigation Solutions is seeking a Remote Data Analyst to support litigation teams and internal operations! You’ll transform complex datasets into actionable insights, build reports and dashboards, and drive workflow optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze datasets related to litigation and investigations
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership and clients
• Perform quality control audits and data validation
• Support AI-assisted document review workflows
• Extract and normalize data from platforms like Relativity
• Identify patterns and anomalies in datasets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or litigation support
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and large datasets (100k+ records)
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working remotely and managing time independently

Qualifications:

• Experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
• Familiarity with Relativity, Power BI, or Tableau
• Understanding of structured coding workflows and review analytics
• Exposure to AI/LLM-assisted workflows
