Job Description:
HR2 Research and Analytics is looking for a dynamic Chat Service Representative to join their customer support team! You’ll provide exceptional assistance to clients via live chat and messaging platforms, build strong relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat and messaging
- Assist with product info, order status, and account issues
- Record interactions in CRM system
- Handle outbound messaging campaigns
- Collaborate with team to improve processes
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer support experience
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual/multilingual a plus)
- Computer literacy and data entry skills
- Familiarity with call center tech and chat platforms
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
