Job Description:

Paladini Law, A Tax Law Firm is seeking an exceptional Legal Assistant to join their rapidly expanding team. You’ll work from the comfort of your own home and play a key role in supporting the firm’s tax law practice. Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering documents and setting up case files
• Process incoming mail virtually and prepare and send outgoing correspondence
• Maintain the firm’s calendar and track critical tax and legal deadlines
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare and send client communications
• Support case management by organizing files and updating case status
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the tax practice

Requirements:

• A knack for grammar, proofreading, and business writing
• Some prior tax and law firm experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new tech tools
• Ability to travel to your local post office to process outgoing mail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
