Job Description:

CredX is looking for a Data Analyst with 3 years of experience to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll analyze business metrics, visualize trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and transform raw data into analysis-ready datasets
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing
• Document data processes and reporting methodologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI visualization tools
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) or R
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases
• Solid knowledge of statistics and regression analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
