Job description:

Viralvizions is looking for a highly capable and proactive Virtual Assistant to contribute to strategy, problem-solving, and process improvements. You’ll handle administrative and strategic tasks, working closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create, track, and manage invoices
• Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn account (posts, engagement, connections)
• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and outreach metrics
• Anticipate needs and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Strong skills in invoicing, cold outreach, lead generation, and LinkedIn management
• Proactive, self-starter mindset, able to work independently and think strategically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
