Job Summary:

TechTrueUP is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst with strong experience in the Microsoft analytics ecosystem to support R&D Business Operations. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize supplier management, enhance operational workflows, and drive business decisions using data, automation, and process innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automated data comparisons, dashboards, alerts, and master datasets
• Create clear, compelling dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
• Process, filter, clean, standardize, and restructure large datasets
• Implement process automation using Power Automate and AI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Scientific field
• 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Traits:

• Passion for exploring and making sense of complex datasets
• Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.
