Job Description:
Doctor Genius is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive revenue retention and expansion goals. You’ll provide expert-level product-based solutions, drive product adoption, and deliver fantastic customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Own a book of clients and drive renewals, retention, and expansion
- Lead strategic client conversations and training
- Manage an active call-based workflow and track performance
- Identify churn risk and take ownership of retention actions
- Build and present proposals that connect needs to solutions and value
Requirements:
- Strong consultative communication skills
- Confident in retention conversations and ROI/value
- Organized follow-through and ownership of outcomes
- Data awareness and technical proficiency in SaaS tools
- Experience in escalation handling, marketing, and account management
