Job Description:
Promenade is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a CSM, you will play a vital role in delivering value to clients, building relationships, and ensuring strong customer retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who is empathetic, driven, and loves solving complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a book of business and ensure clients receive value from Promenade
- Maintain high retention and build trust and rapport with clients
- Drive adoption of Promenade’s products and services
- Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion
- Handle support requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Act as an advocate for Promenade’s partners and provide outstanding service
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a Customer Success role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up new tools and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
