Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 base salary + uncapped commission + equity (OTE £63,000).

Job Description:

Kernel is a company that provides enterprise RevOps teams with agentic company data for their CRMs. They’re looking for a sales-minded Business Development Representative to join their team and help generate qualified pipeline by researching, prospecting, and engaging with high-fit companies and decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify high-fit companies and decision-makers using Kernel’s data
Execute a phone-driven cadence to generate meetings
Build and maintain a consistently updated target list with clear qualification criteria
Collaborate with Marketing to refine ICPs and messaging based on feedback
Book qualified meetings for AEs and provide detailed call notes

Comfortable owning results and working in a fast-paced sales environment
