Job Overview
The Client Success Partner will serve as the main point of communication between clients and internal teams, leading meetings, answering inquiries, presenting performance data, and managing expectations. This role requires strong familiarity with Amazon’s ecosystem, hands-on experience with Amazon tools and analytics, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to use AI tools to support data insights and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Client Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, running meetings and managing ongoing communication.
- Provide regular updates, including performance metrics and campaign data.
- Manage expectations and act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Amazon strategies and best practices.
Account Strategy & Optimization
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement Amazon campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure campaigns stay on track.
Use of Amazon & AI Tools
- Utilize Amazon tools such as Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising to monitor account performance and manage campaigns.
- Apply AI tools to support data analysis, trend prediction, and optimization opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Present regular performance reports, explaining insights, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon account management or a closely related role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven experience working with Amazon tools such as Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
- Advanced Excel experience for data management and analysis.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing relationships and leading discussions.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable using AI tools for insights, automation, or optimization.
- Confident, client-oriented, and capable of managing expectations effectively.
