Job Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating all company designs and ensuring visual consistency across platforms. This includes thumbnails, social media graphics, marketing materials, and internal brand assets. The designer will play a key role in how TradeIT is presented visually, ensuring our content captures attention, communicates authority, and resonates with both current and prospective students.

Qualifications:

Skilled designer with 2+ years of experience in digital design (agency, startup, or brand side)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar design tools

Strong understanding of thumbnail design psychology (color, typography, layout) and engagement drivers

Creative thinker with sharp eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling

Responsibilities:

Design high quality cinematic thumbnails for YouTube, TikTok, and other video platforms that drive clicks and engagement

Create social media graphics (Instagram posts, stories, LinkedIn visuals, etc.) aligned with brand campaigns

Develop and maintain brand assets, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistent design language across the company

Collaborate with video editors, content creators, and marketing team to ensure visuals enhance storytelling

Produce marketing collateral including presentations, ads, and email graphics

Implement feedback quickly while maintaining high design quality and creativity

Stay on top of design trends and platform specific best practices to keep TradeIT’s visuals fresh and competitive
