Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager & Data Entry

Key Responsibilities

1. Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support

  • Manage email inboxes, calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Conduct basic research, prepare documents, and organize digital files.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operational workflows.

2. Social Media Management

  • Monitor engagement across all social media platforms and respond to comments/messages promptly.
  • Grow online communities through strategic interaction and consistent branding.
  • Track analytics, compile performance reports, and assist with content planning and campaign execution.

3. Data Entry & Database Management

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal databases.
  • Perform data cleanup, validation, organization, and report generation.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of all assigned data tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experienced in social media management, lead generation, and data entry.
  • Proficient with Canva and other basic design applications.
  • Ability to manage and grow multiple social media platforms effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
