Role Overview

Picadailys is seeking a creative, strategic, and business-driven Social Media Business Developer to strengthen our digital presence and grow brand partnerships. This role involves driving social media strategy, forging collaborations, and creating high-impact digital campaigns that turn engagement into measurable business growth—perfect for candidates exploring jobs in Nigeria through any job search platform or job vacancy board such as MyJobMag.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative social media growth strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Source, pitch, and secure brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and media engagements.
• Create and oversee campaigns that support Picadailys’ reward-driven and engagement-focused goals.
• Track, analyze, and report social media insights to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep Picadailys ahead in the digital marketing space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media marketing, digital partnerships, or business development.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, content performance, and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to create or supervise engaging social content (graphics, reels, short-form videos, etc.).
• Experience in fintech, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is a strong advantage.
• Completion of industry-specific training courses or work with recruitment services or career coaching services is a plus.
